Marriot Hotel, Weligama

Opening soon in the beautiful coastal city of Weligama, the first ever Marriot Hotel in Sri Lanka enters our portfolio as a distinguished and world renowned hotel brand. Carefully selected Granite and Marble were installed by our skilled craftsmen using our very own adhesives in the bathrooms and other common areas of this 200-room hotel.

Colombo Racecourse

The Colombo Racecourse which is an iconic development under the Colombo City beautification program launched by the government is yet another glorious project by Exel Holdings where we took urban architecture and design to the next level. From classic interiors to crowded exteriors, our team of experts provided Italian Tiles for the Shopping areas and granite for the common areas.

Dialog Headquarters, Colombo

Being a foremost telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka, we were honored to be selected by Dialog Axiata PLC to supply and install engineered marble for their newly constructed Headquarters at Union Place in Colombo. The engineered marble was installed in the lobby area as well as the VIP area of the headquarters.

Taj Samudra, Colombo

Adding the final touch of magic to breathe new life to the iconic Taj Samudra Hotel in Galle Face, we supplied our exclusive Marble products coupled with our world-class adhesives to not only add glamour to the overall renovation of this hotel but also longevity.

Eden Hotel, Beruwala

From the Mosaics in the pool to the Granite in rooms to the Tiles in the common areas, all tiling requirements for the Eden Hotel in Beruwala was sourced from us and the project was handled by us in its entirety. Our expertise in supplying and installing the most seemly adhesives was well-utilized during the construction of this project and also ensured a perfect finish.

Galle Face Hotel, Colombo

The Galle Face Hotel in Colombo is yet another proud project which boasts of our outstanding services in flooring. During the renovation of the new wing of the Galle Face hotel, we provided Granite for the lobby and other common areas thus contributing to the overall glamour of this landmark hotel in Colombo.

Blue waters, Wadduwa

We take pride in being associated with the last resort designed by the famous Geoffrey Bawa. Known for its beautiful but minimalistic architectural settings, the Blue Water’s hotel in Wadduwa required our superior tiling products for the initial construction of the hotel as well as for the renovation that came years later.

Ninewells Hospital

With a selection of special tiles to preserve hygiene standards and suit the conditions of each department of the hospital, a range of special tiles were installed at the hospital facility using our very own Adhesives by our team of skilled-craftsmen.

Dilmah Vocational Training Centre

Being associated with one of the most important global tea brands that originated from Sri Lanka speaks volumes about the types of the clientele we cater to. We provided Tiles and our world-class Adhesives for all classrooms at the Dilmah Vocational Training Centre which was launched under the MJF Charitable Foundation.

Bank of Ceylon

Bank of Ceylon is another satisfied customer we are proud to be associated with. All adhesives and tiles were carefully selected and installed at the main branch of the Bank of Ceylon in Trincomalee.

D Pavilion Inn, Colombo

We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to supply and install Mosaics in the pool at D Pavilion – a boutique hotel where cricket meets sophistication, owned and managed by the Sri Lankan cricket sensation Mr. T.M. Dilshan.
